Gautam Adani, the chairman of Adani Group, held a simple wedding for his son, Jeet Adani, in 2025. Unlike the extravagant Ambani wedding, Adani focused on philanthropy by donating ₹10,000 crores for healthcare, education, and skill development. Additionally, he launched initiatives supporting disabled women, providing them financial assistance to start new lives. The wedding took place in Ahmedabad, following traditional rituals, and Adani shared his son's wedding photos on social media.

Adani's wedding expenses surpass Ambani's salary.

Among the prominent wealthy businessmen in India are Adani and Ambani. Last year, Mukesh Ambani spent nearly ₹5,000 crores on the grand wedding of his youngest son, Anant Ambani, making Mumbai a buzzing city with guests from both within the country and abroad. However, in 2025, another wealthy individual from India, Gautam Adani, the chairman of the Adani Group, saw the wedding of his youngest son, Jeet Adani. In contrast to Ambani’s lavish wedding, Adani did not hold an extravagant wedding for his son. Not only did Adani keep the wedding simple, but he also announced a donation of ₹10,000 crores. A significant portion of this donation will be directed towards healthcare, education, and skill development.

The donation announced by Adani will focus on bringing better hospitals and medical colleges to various sections of society. The money will also be used to upgrade Global Skills Academies. Adani posted wedding photos of his son on his Twitter account. However, he also apologized for not inviting many close people to Jeet Adani’s wedding. He mentioned that the wedding took place in Ahmedabad, following traditional rituals, with loved ones present. Prior to the wedding, the Adani Group launched the ‘Mangal Seva’ initiative.

It was announced that every year, financial assistance will be provided to 500 newly married disabled women. According to the information provided by the Adani Group, each year, ₹10 lakh will be given as financial support to help them start their new life. Jeet Adani personally met 25 newly married disabled women and their husbands, offering them financial assistance.
